Return Policy
At Worn Again, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
After requesting a return, the item must be shipped back within 14 days. Returns sent outside of this return window will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
Return Conditions
Just be aware that vintage items usually show (minor) signs of age or wear. Any noticeable flaws are always mentioned in the product description and are not considered grounds for return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Please try items on carefully. Because all pieces are vintage and often unique, items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, washing, or any other use (and were not mentioned in the description) after delivery cannot be accepted for return.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the wrong item was received or the item arrived damaged.
If a mistake was made on our side, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.
How To Request A Return
To request a return, please contact us at info@wornagainvintage.com with your order number and reason for return.
Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive the return instructions and return address.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
